Turkey “hash”

Ingrerdiants:
– 3-4 red potatoes, cubed
– 1lg slice of already cooked turkey, small cubes (mine was Costco brand)
– olive oil (again, recommended safflower or sunflower)
– salt & white pepper

1) Heat oil, add potatoes. Salt & peper. Cook/brown about 2/3 of the way.
2) Add turkey, mix, taste to adjust seasonings.

Voila! Nothing special. But, was a filling dinner & will make a nice breakfast tomorrow! 🙂
